Is there an established incident response plan in the event of a data breach or compromise?
Is there 24/7 support for troubleshooting, available in English (and German if possible)?
Is it possible to give {potential customer} a notification of any change made to the infrastructure and the application (e.g. new sub-contractors or new hardware)? Please state when {potential customer} would be informed about these changes (in month).
Can the duration of the data storage be determined by {potential customer}, if data storage is not needed by legal requirements?
